Make Disciples

• Evangelism

An intentional decision to be “Jesus” to someone who does not have a relationship with Jesus and aid in explaining the love of Jesus to that person.

Evidenced when the Spirit of God causes people to desire what is evident in the believer, which is a relationship with Jesus.

Must progress to discipleship

• Discipleship

An intentional pursuit to be intimately engaged with God.

Meant to develop a student’s personal responsibility to grow in Christ by having a more mature Christians invested in the spiritual growth and development of the student.

Ideally, the parents should be the primary spiritual developer.

Teaches dependence upon one’s self to be educated and grow spiritually, rather than on pastor’s and teachers to do all of the spiritual guiding.

Essential in authenticating the priesthood of the believer

Fellowship

The spirit of Jesus within a believer communicating with the spirit of Jesus within another believer.

This is not socialization and can only happen between believers.

Ministry

Work in the Kingdom mean to aid in the glorification of God through acts of service, compassion, and encouragement to believers and non-believers.

Missions

The open mindset of being “On-Mission” and always willing to share the Gospel and be above reproach.

Work done for the kingdom of God often seen as service to people in need with the hope that they will realize the love God has for them.
